Gutter cleaning, seamless installation, gutter guards, and repair — from your local, Westbrook-based gutter pros.
Your Westbrook Gutter Company
Westbrook is home base for Clear Flow Gutters. From mill-era homes near Main Street and the Presumpscot River to newer neighborhoods off Stroudwater Street and around Prides Corner, we know Westbrook's housing stock street by street. When a Westbrook neighbor calls about an overflowing gutter, we're usually minutes away.
Much of Westbrook was built for mill workers in the late 1800s and early 1900s. These older homes often have layers of roof and gutter repairs from past decades — we sort them out and install systems that drain the way they should.
The Presumpscot valley is thick with mature maples and oaks. Neighborhoods like Prides Corner and Rocky Hill see heavy leaf and seed drop spring and fall, which is why so many of our recurring cleaning customers are right here in town.
Because we are based in Westbrook, same-week service is the norm, not the exception. Loose downspout after a storm? We can often swing by the same day.

Learn MoreLocal Knowledge
Westbrook grew up around Saccarappa Falls on the Presumpscot River, where water power drove the paper mills that shaped the city — a legacy that continues at the Sappi mill today. The city takes its name from Colonel Thomas Westbrook, a King's mast agent who ran early logging operations along the river.
Modern Westbrook is one of Greater Portland's fastest-changing communities, anchored by the Rock Row development rising in a former quarry at the Portland line. New construction and century-old mill housing sit side by side here — and both need gutters that can handle a Maine downpour.
